• Linseed, flax (organic) (Linum usitatissimum)
  Flax is an ancient cultivated plant that has been cultivated for hundreds of years for the production of linseed oil and flax.
• Common sunflower (organic) (Helianthus annuus)
  The impressively large and cheery flower heads of sunflowers attract bees and other useful insects till autumn and they are also popular with birds that love to feed off their delicious sunflower seeds.
• White mustard (organic) (Sinapsis alba)
  White mustard is grown for the production of mustard from seeds or as green manure. The leaves can also be eaten. Less known to us is mustard oil, which can be pressed from the seeds. It is mainly used in Indian cuisine for frying.

The seeds of each variety are packaged separately.
