• Thai Basil (Organic) (Ocimum basilicum)
  A basil variety scented with anise, with a slightly more tangy and spicy flavour. Typically used to flavour Thai noodle soups.
• Greenmint / Spearmint (Organic) (Mentha viridis)
  Highly fragrant mint with a distinctive spearmint taste.
• Cilantro / Leaf Coriander (Organic) (Coriandrum sativum)
  The 'parsley' of Mexican and Asian cooking: the leaves should always be freshly chopped and added just before serving. The seeds are also a very popular spice, especially in breadmaking.
• Chilli 'Jalapeño' (Organic) (Capsicum annuum)
  Jalapeños are a good all-round chilli. The fully ripened pods are pleasantly hot, with a full-bodied flavour.
• Chop Suey Green (Organic) (Chrysanthemum coronarium)
  Beautiful yellow or yellow-and-white flowers with a very spicy flavour. Key ingredient of the traditional Chinese chrysanthemum hotpot. The leaves can also be used as a spice.
