• Radish 'French Breakfast' (Raphanus sativus) An old French variety with attractive, elongated red radishes with white tips.
• Pea 'Kelvedon Wonder' (Pisum sativum L. convar. medullare) Relatively low-growing, early maturing pea variety with beautiful white flowers.
• Spinach 'Matador' (Spinacia oleracea) Spinach grows fast in gardens and on balconies. Its wholesome leaves can be used in salads or as a vegetable.
• Leaf Mustard 'Osaka Purple' (Brassica juncea) Produces crispy red or red-green leaves with a hot, mustardy flavour all through the season. Great as salad leaves or in stir-fries.
• Pak Choi 'Tai Sai' (Brassica rapa subsp. chinensis) A traditional Asian cabbage with very delicious leaves.
