• Cocarde Lettuce 'Salad Bowl' (Lactuca sativa)
  'Salad Bowl' is a beautiful, re-growing oak leaf lettuce variety with a long lasting harvesting period.
• Winter Purslane (Montia perfoliata)
  Winter purslane is a versatile and healthy, early producing leaf vegetable, with a lovely mild flavour similar to corn salad.
• Asian Red Giant Mustard (Brassica juncea)
  Delivers a whole season red to red-green crisp leaves with a mustard-like, pungent aroma. Good as a cut lettuce or in a wok.
• Beet 'Bull's Blood (Beta vulgaris)
  Is a classic red beetroot variety with an earthy flavour and slightly misshapen looking roots. Its leaves can also be enjoyed in salads.
• Dwarf Bush Basil (Ocimum basilicum v. minimum)
  This short-growing, bushy basil variety produces small and delicate leafs with an intensive aroma.
