• Buck's Horn Plantain / Minutina (Plantago coronopus)
  Sometimes also known as Erba Stella, this was originally a wild plant and is used in leaf lettuce mixes.
• Winter Purslane (Montia perfoliata)
  Very versatile, healthy, early leaf vegetable that tastes delicious.
• Rocket Salad / Arugula 'Esmee' (Eruca vesicaria subsp. sativa)
  Typical leaf vegetable in Tuscan cooking and a very old vegetable variety used as far back as Roman times.
• Radicchio 'Palla Rossa' (Cichorium intybus var. Foliosum)
  A traditional Italian Radicchio variety from Chioggia. Forms beautiful dark red round heads, with the typical slightly bitter Radicchio flavour.
• Green Purslane 'Barbin' (Portulaca oleracea var. Sativa)
  Green Purslane is a native salad plant that was eaten as far back as medieval times. The fleshy leaves taste crispy and fresh with a slight tartness.
• Leaf Lettuce 'Salad Bowl' (Lactuca sativa)
  Very beautiful cut-and-come-again oakleaf lettuce, for an extended harvesting period.
• Wild Corn Salad (Valerianella locusta)
  Very undemanding salad variety for autumn / winter with a fantastic nutty flavour. For vitamins during the cold season.
• Lettuce 'May Queen' (Lactuca sativa)
  Very early butterhead lettuce. Can be sown outdoors from January onwards.
• Romaine Lettuce 'Rehzunge' (Organic) (Lactuca sativa)
  Traditional lettuce variety with pointed, aromatic leaves. Can be used as a leaf lettuce.
• Leaf Chicory 'Zuckerhut' (Organic) (Cichorium intybus var. Foliosum)
  A fantastic winter salad with a slightly bitter flavour.
