Butterflies, bees and bumblebees love the luxuriant pink flowers of this impressive wild perennial. In the wild Hemp-Agrimony grows on damp meadows, by streams and in waterside areas. The flowering part of the plant is also a valued herbal remedy, often used in the past as a tea or tincture to treat fevers and liver disorders. Like other species of Agrimony it is said to have immunostimulant effects. It is still used today to treat feverish colds.

Siembra y cuidado

Ausdauernde, mehrjährige und winterharte Staude. Vorkultur ab Mitte März im Haus oder Direktsaat ins Freiland ab Mitte Mai. Samen nur auf das Substrat streuen und leicht andrücken. Die Pflanze bevorzugt schwere Böden mit guter Wasserversorgung, ist aber sonst recht anspruchslos.
